It’s November!! And that means Thanksgiving and the kickoff of the holiday season! Time with family, friends and food!

But too often, for single mom families, there’s not enough money to provide a holiday feast. That’s where you come in!

Family time is an important part of the Hope for Single Moms program. Parents will never get this time with their children back. Part of creating stronger families is helping them create family traditions. This establishes a family identity and helps build stronger relationships between the mom and the children and the children with each other. Holiday traditions mean spending time together. When it comes to Thanksgiving, it means a Thanksgiving dinner.

Help our families celebrate Thanksgiving by building a traditional Thanksgiving dinner basket for them. There are seven families to help celebrate this year.

Please donate by November 20. Drop off food items and gift cards by noon on Monday, November 21. Email or text 616-495-7594 to arrange a time and let us know what you are donating.
