It’s November!! The holiday season will soon be upon us! (Thanksgiving is 13 days away!) Holiday traditions. Holiday family time. Are they part of who you are and what your family does?
Family time is an important part of the Hope for Single Moms program. Parents will never get this time with their children back. That’s why, at Hope for Single Moms, we ensure family time happens, whether it’s free activities or helping families have the resources to participate in local events. We also encourage our families to create new or sustain already-established family traditions. When it comes to Thanksgiving, it means a Thanksgiving dinner.
So, what’s your Thanksgiving main course? Turkey? Ham? Or something else? Help our families celebrate Thanksgiving by building a traditional Thanksgiving dinner basket for them. We have four families to help celebrate this year.
Please have donations, food items, gift cards to 2130 Blueberry Dr, NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49504 by noon on Monday, November 21 at noon. Email firstname.lastname@example.org or text 616-495-7594 to let us know what you are donating.
